The following policies have been established so Sound Images Inc may provide the exemplary customer service and satisfaction that continues to be the Industry’s benchmark.

Prices
All prices are set by the association with whom Sound Images is contracted. Some associations request discounts for customers ordering at the recording site. Such discounts will be honored at the site only. All prices exclude shipping, handling, taxes, duties, and tariffs.

Payment
All accounts will be charged upon receipt of order. Accounts with insufficient funds must be reconciled prior to order processing.

Product Availability
Order fulfillment is contingent on product availability. Periodically, circumstances beyond the control of Sound Images affect product availability. In such instances, customers will be contacted for replacement or refund information.

Shipping
Sound Images strives to process orders as quickly as possible. However, as some recorded sessions require extensive editing, and some products require additional production time, all shipping dates are approximations.  All shipping costs are calculated instantly and accurately through direct communication with Sound Images’ shipping provider. A small handling charge is then added to cover the costs of shipping materials and packaging.

Rush Processing
Same day Rush processing is contingent on product availability. All orders requesting Rush processing must be received no later then 12:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Municipal, State, or Federal holidays may affect Rush processing availability. Rush processing may increase the handling charge.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations
Every product sold by Sound Images is guaranteed for quality. If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of one or more purchased products,  he or she may return the product within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the customer must surrender all copies created in accordance with Sound Images’ Fair Use policies. Sound Images Honors all requests for order Cancellations received prior to the product shipment. Because downloaded products cannot be returned, defective products delivered via download qualify for replacement or store credit only.

Copyrights and Fair Use
Any/All copyrights pertaining to the materials recorded and/or distributed by Sound Images are the property of the contracting association. All duplication and distribution rights of materials recorded and/or distributed by Sound Images are the exclusive property of Sound Images, Inc. Any duplication and distribution of materials without the expressed, written consent of Sound Images, Inc may result in Criminal and/or Civil prosecution.
