Planning the Conference

During the Conference

Sound Images site staff is intricately linked to the home office. 

 At The Show site:
     Technicians capture and upload the audio, video, slides and/or digital handouts to the Sound Images Server in Denver, CO.

     Sound Images Sales Staff submits orders to the Production and Shipping departments through a custom interface.

From the Home Office:
     A staff of technicians and engineers prepare the uploaded material for distribution.

     Order fulfillment begins immediately. Through the usage of a custom designed production and shipping application, many products ship before the conclusion of the conference!

After the Conference
